Hi there folks,
Thanks to all of those who have come to our shows over the last few months, it's been nice to get back in the sadlle and get a little sweaty. Or in some cases a lot sweaty. There are a few things going on here at the moment which is keeping us busy and there will be more regular updates and activity around here for the rest of the year. Yes we are back baby.
Anyway, we have a couple of new dates up including our first interstate foray in literally years so have a look and if you are in the area come down and see if we can't increase your heart rate a little.
Cheers
Jebs
Ladies and Gentleman of the press and the general public, hello and welcome to a press release that it gives us great pleasure indeed to write.
After a 26 month open ended hiatus where the band members had lives, careers, a rest from the incredible racket in their rehearsal room and a variety of other musical projects, the 8 legged rock and pop band Jebediah have dusted off the guitars, hit the rehearsal room and are pleased to announce they will be hitting the stage once more. It’s been a matter of conjecture we know, but people can stop asking “that” question now as Jebediah are about to answer it in the only language a rock band should speak!
Chris, Brett, Kevin and Vanessa have been working away in the rehearsal room on album number 5, and are gearing up for a run of regional WA dates as well as limited metro shows. These are Jebediah’s first gigs since August 2005 so there will be a fair bit of pent up energy to expend for both the Jebs and their loyal fanbase.
Expect a lot more activity from Jebediah in the next 6 months, with plans for national tours (yes, there will be shows outside WA) album releases and all the fun things that go with being a living, breathing rock and roll band again. In the meantime it gives us great pleasure to announce Jebediah’s Back In The Saddle tour of WA.

Good Morning Jeb Fans. Long time...........
What's been going on? Well, lots and not much...... we are still on hiatus as they say but that may not last for much longer, stay tuned. And in the meantime????
Well, our lovely singer Kev has been as busy as hell doing his Bob Evans thang, and doing pretty well at it too, even winning one of those Aria pointy numbers. He is also playing on Live at the Chapel this Tuesday 16th Jan on Channel 10 if you want to check it out. Good on him, you should show your appreciation by heading to http://www.triplej.net.au/hottest100/vote/ and vote for his single "Don't You Think it's Time" on the Hottest 100. I think it's the first time in 10 years or something where we haven't had a song on the list! Kev isn't the only one keeping himself busy with a few other musical bits and pieces, you can see Brett being a rock dog in Perth band The Fuzz, who you may remember from our Braxton Hicks tour. Vanessa is also back in Perth and we believe you may be able to find her moonlighting in the suave Chatesy la Rouge, but she is as always a woman of mystery so we need it be be confirmed.
We also have confirmed that our song "Worlds Away" is going to be the theme song for a new TV Series based on a Tim Winton book which is pretty cool. More on that later.
We are also about to totally change our merch system and add a bunch of items as it has been a bit crap for awhile, look for that to take effect in the next few days.
Our friend Phoebe has also started a myspace page for us, just so we can be all technically 07 and such things, so if that floats your boat head to http://www.myspace.com/jebediahrock and you can be our "friend". a curious concept indeed but it's given Brett a great excuse to take photo's of himself in the bathroom.
Stay well, more soon!
